Andreas Gassner is currently the COO at Netstal Maschinen AG, where they focus on operational excellence, lean management, and digitalization in the machinery and microtechnology sectors. With extensive experience spanning roles such as Leiter Industrial Engineering and Teamleiter Produktions-Engineering at maxon motor ag, they have honed skills in optimizing processes and driving cross-functional collaboration. Gassner holds a Master of Science in Microengineering from the Ecole polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne and is pursuing an Executive MBA at the University of St.Gallen. Outside of their professional endeavors, they passionately cultivate a vineyard, producing Pinot Noir grapes for their own wine, Valeni.
