Chris H. has a diverse work experience in the IT field. Chris started their career in 2010 as a Data Specialist at Mail Management Service, where they handled technical turnkey projects and processed data mail entry. In 2013, they joined Layered Technologies as a Data Center Operations Tier 2, where they were responsible for server builds, operating system installation and maintenance, racking enterprise class servers, and networking configurations. In 2014, they moved to Datapipe as part of their Data Center Operations team. In this role, they were involved in the day-to-day operations of the data center. In 2015, Chris joined NetStandard, Inc. as a Systems Engineer, providing desktop and server support for customers, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and maintaining accounts for hosted exchange and Office 365 environments. Chris also worked in the Network Operations Center (NOC) at NetStandard, where they focused on software and hardware installation projects, racking and cabling, and maintaining network stability through troubleshooting and proactive maintenance.
Chris H. obtained an Associate's Degree in A.A.S from Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College, attending from 2003 to 2005.
