Vaughan Proctor has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Vaughan began their career in 2003 as a Sales Executive at GAAP Point of Sale, where they worked until 2009. Afterwards, from 2009 to 2012, they served as a Channel Manager at UltiSales Retail Software. In 2012, Proctor joined Argility as part of their Channel Management team until 2013. Vaughan then moved on to Netstock, where they held various positions including Channel Account Executive from 2013 to 2017, Sales Business Development Manager from 2017 to 2020, Solutions Consultant from 2020 to 2020, Regional Sales Manager from 2021 to 2022, and currently serves as a Channel Account Manager - USA. Additionally, Proctor is the owner of King's Coaching, a role they have held since 2014.

Vaughan Proctor attended Springs Boys High School from 1990 to 1994, where they studied Technica Electrical. Vaughan did not obtain a degree during this time. In terms of additional certifications, Vaughan obtained a Life Coach Certification from New Insights Africa in January 2014. Vaughan also obtained certifications in Sales Channel Management, Measure What Matters (Blinkist Summary), Inventory Management Foundations, and Supply Chain Foundations from LinkedIn and LinkedIn Learning between 2021 and 2022.
