Curtis Choe is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in accounting and ERP consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Principal Consultant at NetSuite since February 2021, Curtis previously held the role of ERP Implementation Consultant for Enterprise Accounts at Restaurant365 Software, where responsibilities included teaching clients to optimize technology for efficiency, designing custom financial reports, and ensuring compliance with GAAP. Prior to that, Curtis worked as Accounting Controller at The Grand Restaurant Group, enforcing compliance and preparing financial reports, and as an Accountant/Controller at 3LB Restaurant Concepts, where Curtis fostered vendor relationships and supervised the accounting team. Curtis began a career in finance as a Financial Representative Intern with Northwestern Mutual and holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from CSUSM College of Business.
