Josh Dukes

Josh Dukes is a Senior Education Consultant at Oracle NetSuite, where they design, develop, and deliver training that addresses organizational needs. Prior to this role, Josh worked at Blackbaud from 2008 to 2022, progressing from Customer Support Analyst to Senior Trainer for Customer Operations, responsible for instructional design and training delivery across various platforms. They also served as Promotions Director at Citadel Broadcasting from 2005 to 2008, managing live broadcasts and promotions. Josh earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Media Communication from the College of Charleston, where they were an honors student. In their spare time, they enjoy researching local history, genealogy, and historic preservation.
