Mishaal M. currently serves as a Dotted Line Manager and UX Design Lead at NetSuite, where responsibilities include managing a global team of designers to advance an award-winning design system that supports a large product team and enhances user experience across multiple products. Mishaal has held various roles at NetSuite, driving the design and implementation of a next-generation enterprise design system and leading key product areas within ERP. Previously, Mishaal worked at GALE Partners as a User Experience Designer and at BiblioCommons, improving user experiences for products in the library technology sector. Earlier professional experiences include roles at TELUS, Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan, Stantec, Christie Digital Systems, and OLG, honing skills in UX design, business analysis, and software quality assurance. Mishaal holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Systems Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo and is a graduate of Marc Garneau Collegiate Institute's TOPS program.
