Pat Merell

Pat Merell is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in customer success and professional services within the cloud-based software industry. Currently serving as the Group Vice President of Customer Success at NetSuite since January 2013, Pat leads teams across North America and offshore delivery centers in the Philippines, Uruguay, and Czech Republic. Previous roles include Senior Vice President of Customer Success for North America and Asia Pacific at a leading global cloud provider, as well as Vice President of Professional Services at Accela, Inc. and Vice President of Client Delivery Services at MedeAnalytics Inc. Pat's career also encompasses positions at Sun Microsystems, Capgemini Consulting, and Deloitte Consulting, providing strategic leadership and managing large-scale consulting engagements. Pat holds an MBA in Finance from USC Marshall School of Business and a BA in International Relations from the University of California, Davis.
