William Chung began their work experience as a Research Technician at Shell Chemical Company in 1990. William then transitioned to the role of Computer Specialist, where they supported computer-related issues and coordinated transitions for other groups within the Resins Department. During this time, they also developed product performance software for the Solvents Team. In 2001, William became a Computer Consultant at Resolution Performance Products, where they managed an IT team during the divestment from Shell and supported the installation of an Asian data center in Singapore. William also upgraded networking systems and implemented a VoIP system in all Asia offices. In 2004, they joined eLinear Solutions as a Field Engineer, working on special projects for Methodist Hospital System and assisting with the integration of power plants acquired by Sempra Energy. William also supported the integration of a Call Center in Dallas and eLinear Solutions' data center in Houston. William's most recent role was Director of Integration at Netsync Network Solutions, starting in 2006 and continuing to the present.
