Navin Rane

Navin Rane is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources, business development, and operations. As the Founder of NetSysCon Consulting since June 2022, Rane specializes in building effective teams for startups and high-growth companies, leveraging over three decades of collective experience within the firm. Previously, as Co-Founder of Mafree Greentech, Rane focused on utilizing urban spaces for sustainable food production. Rane has also held significant roles such as Partner at Tyre Protector (India), where responsibilities included PnL management and business expansion, and Co-Founder of NetSysCon, which provided HR consulting and recruitment services. Earlier professional experiences include leadership and operational roles at iEnergizer and IBM Global Process Services. Rane holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Welingkar Institute of Management and various other educational qualifications in business and hospitality administration.
