Mark McDuffie

Mark McDuffie has over 25 years of experience in the technology industry. Mark started their career at CMA Technology Solutions in 1995, where they worked as a Client Representative for over two decades. During this time, they focused on customer satisfaction and successfully developed and implemented business plans, leading to profitable account expansion. McDuffie also demonstrated expertise in complex contract negotiation and execution.

In 2017, McDuffie joined VSS as a Client Representative. Here, they continued to provide exceptional customer service while offering value-added solution sales for leading IT companies such as IBM, Cisco, Lenovo, and VM Ware. McDuffie also provided consulting services, assisting clients in moving their workloads to managed service offerings and addressing various IT concerns.

Currently, McDuffie is working at NetTech LLC as a Business Development Manager. Since 2020, they have been responsible for developing new customer relationships with prospective clients in the Northeast Louisiana and Arkansas markets. McDuffie's exceptional communication skills and dedication to customer service have been instrumental in building positive rapport and nurturing relationships with small to medium-sized enterprises.

Mark McDuffie attended the University of Louisiana Monroe and graduated in 1989 with a B.B.A. degree in Marketing.
