Michael Klett

Chief Technology Officer at NetVendor

Michael Klett has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. In 2001, they worked as a Design Engineer at Alcatel. From 2002 to 2007, they joined IBM as a Staff Engineer, specializing in logic design for embedded processors. Michael then moved on to WebAdvocate in 2007, where they served as the Chief Advocate, designing and building custom web applications and sites using Ruby on Rails.

In 2009, Michael joined Grasshopper as a Senior Web Applications Developer and later became the Chargify Development Manager. During this time, they were involved in the founding of Chargify and went on to become a Co-Founder and Technical Lead. As part of Chargify, Michael was responsible for its technical operations, including building features for their B2B SaaS billing platform and maintaining consistent uptime.

In 2021, Michael transitioned to ServusConnect, Inc. as the Chief Technology Officer before taking on the same role at NetVendor in 2023. Throughout their career, Michael has showcased their expertise in technology leadership and software architecture.

Michael Klett attended Northeast Guilford High School from 1992 to 1996. Michael then went on to North Carolina State University, where they earned a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Computer Engineering. Michael attended North Carolina State University from 1996 to 2001.
