As the owner of That Other Computer Guy since October 2010, Jerry provides freelance technical support, including computer and network repair, media installation, and security device troubleshooting. Additionally, Jerry has served as a field technician for NETVIEW, INC. and Spencer Technologies, specializing in cabling, VOIP installation, and network troubleshooting. Previous experience includes a role at MTI, where Jerry focused on security device installations, and an early position at Accurate Survey Service as a rodman. Jerry holds an Associate of Arts degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of the Pacific.
