Ted Julian has extensive experience in technical support and operations within the telecommunications and unified communications sectors. Since May 2012, Ted has served as Field Technical Support at Netview, Inc., focusing on the national rollout of UC communications, cabling, and site surveys. Concurrently, since 2000, Ted has been involved in operations and technical support at Copper Glass Communications, managing sales and service for unified communications and security networks. Previous experience includes a contractor role at Ledcor Technical Services from 2010 to December 2014, providing 24/7 remote assistance for various infrastructures, and a senior technical position at Millenium Telecom from 1984 to 2000, specializing in sales and service of multiple telecom systems. Ted holds a Bachelor's degree in Film/Cinema/Video Studies from Columbia College Hollywood.
