Gina Tan

Gina Tan has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Gina currently works at NetVirta, Inc. as the HR Lead, specializing in Engagement and Learning & Development. Prior to this role, they were a Human Resources Business Partner at the same company. Before joining NetVirta, Gina worked as an HR Executive at CJ CheilJedang, a South Korean conglomerate. Gina also gained experience as a Human Resources Executive at SPD Scientific Pte Ltd BioMedia Group, a healthcare company, and as a Part-Time Data Protection Officer at Deutsche Bank. In 2016, Gina obtained a Certificate in Human Resource Management from SHRI Academy.

In 2019, Gina pursued further education at Nanyang Polytechnic, where they completed a Specialist Diploma in Human Resources Management in 2020.

In terms of additional certifications, Gina obtained an Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) from the Institute for Adult Learning Singapore in October 2021. Gina also earned an IHRP - Certified Professional certification from the Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP) in January 2021.
