Ricky Salgado

Ricky Salgado is an experienced Network Operations Center Supervisor at NetWolves since July 2022, where oversight of a team of NOC technicians includes leadership, coaching, and guidance to maintain service quality, alongside responsibilities for process improvements and training programs. Previously, Ricky served as a Sr. Team Lead in Support Services and as a NOC Team Lead and Technician. Ricky also operates as an Independent Information Technology Consultant, delivering IT consulting and technical support to individuals and businesses since 2009. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Cybersecurity and a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems with a focus on Cybersecurity from the University of Tampa, complemented by a background as a Peer Mentor and a Student Intern at The Sagemont School.
