Currently, Tom works as a Service Manager and Regional Success Specialist at NetWolves, following a position as Enterprise Customer Service Account Manager at Frontier Communications, where management of Fortune 500 accounts and customer retention were primary focuses. Previous experience also includes a tenure as General Manager Operations at Cherry Street Wraps dba Camille's Sidewalk Cafe and National Account Manager at Sabre Holdings, emphasizing a strong background in operations, customer service, and account management.
