Network Consulting is a Queensland-based firm with exceptional Search and Selection experience with proven outcomes, both domestically and globally.

Founder Cheryl Haines draws from over 15 years of recruitment expertise to provide her clients with a tried and thorough recruitment approach. Cheryl specialises in Silent Search, Executive Search and Head Hunting Campaigns, prioritising meaningful connections with clients, candidates, and businesses alike. Her approach hinges on genuine conversations and industry networking, trading spam tactics for authentic, insightful feedback from her established network of industry insiders.

With a background as a General Manager, Cheryl intimately understands the needs and challenges faced by clients in their quest for the elusive Purple Unicorn - that perfect candidate who seamlessly fits their team.

Our process starts with a detailed briefing with our client prior to commencing a thorough local, national or global search. Through our commitment to meaningful connections, we are able to tap into our network with a sound knowledge of available, relevant candidates, before they even apply for other roles. This prevents any bidding wars or change of mind at the last minute ensuring you get their full buy-in to your role. We can offer advertising on job boards, however, approximately 80% of our roles are silent searches.
