Network Corporate Finance is an independent advisor focusing on mergers & acquisitions (M&A), as well as equity and debt capital financing. 
Core competencies lie in structuring and executing complex financing transactions (national and international) such as the sale of companies to strategic investors and financial sponsors or structured corporate debt transactions. Our customers include small to medium-sized private and listed companies, as well as corporate subsidiaries, primarily from German-speaking countries. National and international transactions carried out to date include companies with a turnover of between EUR 10 million and 1 billion. Network Corporate Finance provides comprehensive advice, from analyzing the status quo and identification of strategic options, to leading negotiations on behalf of the client. 

Since its foundation in 2002, Network Corporate Finance has successfully completed a number of M&A, capital market and financing transactions. We work in close cooperation with established partner firms in Europe, the USA and Asia. 

The team draws on know how gathered from over 500 transactions and is complemented by a strong network of industry specialists and advisors.
