Aaron Lewis

Aaron Lewis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in network operations and help desk management. Currently serving as the Network Operations Manager at Network Data Systems MSP since June 2019, Aaron oversees a team of 28 engineers, managing diverse budgets, goals, performance metrics, and SLAs across Infrastructure, Helpdesk, and Vulnerabilities. Prior to this role, Aaron held the position of Help Desk Supervisor at Duracell Inc., a major battery manufacturer, where responsibilities included leading a team within a large organization. Additionally, Aaron served as Help Desk Supervisor at NORC at the University of Chicago, managing a team of 15 engineers and project technicians while fostering talent for advancement. Aaron holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Rasmussen University and a Bachelor's degree in Business/Corporate Communications from Syracuse University.
