Mark Reichard

Mark Reichard began their work experience as the VP of Application Development at MultiWeb Communications from 1998 to 2000. Mark then worked as an e-commerce and CMS developer at Swagelok, implementing a multilingual CMS for the company's e-commerce site. From 2005 to 2017, Reichard served as an Engagement Manager at Jenne, managing multiple projects that helped the company transition to an e-commerce business. Mark also worked as a Technical Lead at the Cuyahoga County Board of DD, managing various development projects and creating an Intranet interface for HR systems. Reichard then acted as an Engagement Manager and Lead Developer at iData Technologies from 2009 to 2017, overseeing the development of multilingual CMS and e-commerce solutions for different clients. In 2019, they became a Technical Lead at United Industrial Sales, Inc., where they improved their B2B e-commerce site and contributed to increased sales. Reichard then worked as a Technical Lead at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) from 2012 to 2023, developing data warehouse applications and online tools for program management. Mark also served as a Software Development Team Lead at the U.S. Department of Justice, leading the development of a custom API gateway. Currently, Reichard holds the position of Senior Solutions Architect/Engineering Manager at Network Designs, Inc.

Mark Reichard has an extensive education history that includes a variety of degrees and certifications. Mark obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of South Carolina between 1990 and 1993. Their MBA focused on finance, accounting, and international business. Additionally, in 1990 and 1991, they earned a Graduate Diploma in Arabic Language and Literature from The American University in Cairo.

Prior to their graduate studies, Mark Reichard completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International Studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Mark attended this university from 1985 to 1989.

In terms of certifications, they have acquired several in recent years. In 2023, they became an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner through Amazon Web Services (AWS). Mark also obtained the Microsoft Azure Developer Associate certification from Microsoft in 2022. In the same year, they achieved the Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert certification. The most recent certification they obtained was the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance in 2021.
