Rick Pearson

Rick Pearson has a long and successful career in the technology industry. Rick began their career in 1978 as a Lieutenant in the US Navy. In 1989, they joined HP as Business and Operations Manager for the Protocol Test Product Line, where they were responsible for 250 employees and $75M in revenues. During their time at HP, they also served as a Vice President for the aerospace and defense industry segment and as a General Manager for 400 employees in Washington, Canada, and Colorado. In 2001, they became Group Marketing Manager at Agilent Technologies, where they were responsible for a $700M business portfolio with divisions in the US, Europe, and Asia. Rick then founded the Agilent Technologies operations in India and China in 2007. In 2009, they became President and Chief Executive Officer of Seatel Inc, where they were responsible for over 200 employees and over $90M in revenues. Rick then moved to Cobham SATCOM in 2012 as Vice President Maritime SATCOM, and in 2013 they became President of Continental Microwave - a subsidiary of Cobham PLC - where they were responsible for sales, marketing, engineering, operations, finance, quality and HR activities. In 2016, they became CEO of a portfolio company at Salt Creek Capital, and in 2017 they became Chief Executive Officer of Network Distributors.

Rick Pearson obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics and Chemistry, Magna Cum Laude, from Southwestern Oklahoma State University between 1974 and 1978. Rick then went on to pursue an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management between 1983 and 1985.
