David Spilker

Dave Spilker is a leader in the IT industry with over 34 years of professional experience in software development, network security, and providing technical solutions in complex environments. He has founded multiple companies and charitable organizations, including Network Engineering Inc, Information Engineering Inc, and The Meningitis Foundation of America.

In 1984, Dave graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Computer Technology. Since then, he has worked with hundreds of businesses involving information technology and managed projects for healthcare providers, manufacturers, distribution companies, transportation companies, and professional service providers.

Dave currently spends his time developing small and mid-sized business' network infrastructures in Indiana with his company Network Engineering. (NE-INC). As technology and cyber security is an ever-changing concern for businesses, Dave has developed a specialization in helping corporations protect their online networks from ransom-ware, malware, and internet fraud. Dave also helps business automate the process of keeping their software and hardware current.
