T'Challa Mitchell

T'Challa Mitchell currently serves as the Network Engagement Manager at Youth Villages, starting in January 2024, where responsibilities include acting as a trusted advisor to network partners and leading project management efforts. Prior to this role, T'Challa was the Community Engagement Manager at Network for Good (now Bonterra) from March 2022 to September 2023, focusing on nonprofit leader engagement and the recruitment for the Jumpstart Program. T'Challa also held positions as Manager of Development at Girls Inc. of Memphis, Director of Community Troops at Girl Scouts Heart of the South, District Family Engagement Specialist at Shelby County Schools, and Coordinator of Volunteers at Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare. Early career experience includes the role of Youth Outreach Coordinator at the Church Health Center of Memphis, where T'Challa organized youth development activities and community events. T'Challa holds an MBA from Western Governors University and a degree in Mass Communications with a focus on Public Relations from the University of Tennessee at Martin.
