Project & Change Lead

Jayden Pettengell is a change professional with extensive experience in customer service and operations management. At Tower Insurance, Jayden held several roles including Senior Customer Service Officer and Change & Delivery Manager from 2012 to 2013. They later worked as a Change & Operations Consultant and Change & Operations Manager at The Urban Butler from 2022 to 2024. Currently, Jayden serves as the Project & Change Lead at Network for Learning (N4L) and has also contributed as a Change Analyst and Change Manager at Lagom in 2022. Jayden earned a Bachelor of Physical Education, specializing in Business Administration and Management, from the University of Otago between 2006 and 2009.
