Lauren Eagleson

Lauren Eagleson currently serves as an HR Business Partner at Network for Learning (N4L), having progressed through roles including Senior HR Advisor and HR Advisor since August 2021. Prior experience includes a hybrid role as Business Support Coordinator and HR Advisor at EMA from August 2020 to August 2021, where Lauren contributed to strategic pay initiatives and managed the recruitment process. Lauren's earlier experiences include a temporary assignment with Wellington City Council assisting with social distancing, a Department Sales Manager role at Country Road Group, and Sales Consultant positions at Overland Footwear Group and The Body Shop. Lauren holds a degree from Victoria University of Wellington and has adjudicated at the Wellington Region Intercollegiate Junior Premier debating league.
