Robert Carrillo

Robert Carrillo is currently a Loan Officer at Network Funding. Prior to that, they worked as a Sr. Program Manager at Logistics Systems Incorporated from February 2016 to March 2020. In that role, they coordinated and monitored the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance for all work performed under the SOW supporting the Combat Capabilities Development Command Data & Analysis Center Cyber Div. Robert also managed an employee workforce that was consistent with workload priorities and assignments, and ensured all financial responsibilities of the program were met. Additionally, they provided leadership and support to accomplish all tasks and activities stated within the Task Order SOW and communicated directly to the Government Leads and COR.

Before working at Logistics Systems Incorporated, Robert had experience in utilizing project management software, Microsoft office tools, and other technologies that can help accomplish the mission requirements. Robert was also instrumental in organically increasing the LOE adding new cyber positions at regional locations. Robert's secondary duties included performing Capture Manager responsibilities by proactively identifying, pursuing and securing new business development opportunities with accountability for the complete sales life cycle. This included conducting competitive assessments, and assisting with developing teaming arrangements.

Robert Carrillo has an Associate of Applied Science from NMSU in Information Technology from 2004. Robert is currently a candidate for a Bachelor's degree in Information and Communication Technology from the College of Engineering at NMSU. Robert also has an Information Technology degree from the University of Phoenix where they completed 36 credit hours.
