Sam Chang is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as a Partner at Wintech Medipro LLC since July 2023 and as a Secondary Market Analyst at Network Funding, LP since May 2003, Sam is also the Founder of Best Power Plan LLC as of February 2022. Previous experience includes an auditing role at Deloitte from September 1998 to September 2000. Sam holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting and Finance from the University of Houston (2000-2003) and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Ming Chuan University (1992-1996).
