Aaron J. has over 13 years of work experience in the fields of UX/UI design, graphic design, web design, and ecommerce marketing. In 2021, they began working as a User Experience Lead at Network Optix, advocating user centered design and driving UX processes, leading the team with UX strategies, research and design on large and complex projects, and aligning user and business goals using design thinking and systems thinking. Aaron also began working as a UX/UI Designer at uCast, designing actionable and intuitive web experiences that increased user engagement for the podcast advertising platform, strategizing and positioning the product as a "Matchmaker" and not just an advertising platform to gain competitive advantage and exceed client expectations, and collaborating with the CEO, Developers, UX Researchers and Designers. Aaron also held the role of Senior Graphic/Visual Designer, creating the brand for Phatmoto as a premium motorized bike, rebranding and redesigning all online stores and increasing customer loyalty, and producing engaging designs for online and print marketing. Additionally, they were a UX Researcher, conducting qualitative and quantitative research such as user interviews, internal stakeholder interviews, shadowing, observation, surveys, web analytics and competitive research, discovering and defining user problems and needs, and aligning them to business goals, and collaborating with every department and innovating the product. In 2010, Aaron J. worked at Comm&Sense as a Graphic Designer, working with the creative team to produce print and web collaterals, and being part of the production team covering promotional events. In 2008, they worked as a Graphic & Web Designer, delivering well crafted designs for various companies and clients, including Robinsons Land Corp. and Star City Amusement Park.

Aaron J. attended De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Multimedia Arts. In 2021, they completed the UX Design Career Track at Springboard, obtaining a certification in UX Design.
