Chris Czach

Chris Czach has worked in the software engineering and web development fields since 2007. In 2020, they began working as a Software Engineer at Network Optix. In 2019, they worked as a Full Stack Web Developer, developing performant and SEO friendly server side generated websites for local businesses. Prior to this, from 2007 to 2019, they worked at AFTCO - The American Fishing Tackle Company, where they held the roles of Purchasing Manager and Allocation Manager, and Allocator and Web Operations Specialist. As Purchasing Manager and Allocation Manager, they oversaw seasonal buys and replenishment programs for four in house and licensed brands with annual sales averaging $30M, and managed to close out 90% of aged inventory at profit minimizing write offs. As Allocator and Web Operations Specialist, they launched the company's eCommerce site and integrated the eCommerce CMS with their ERP system, created landing pages, handled SEO and PPC marketing, and managed online marketing efforts. Chris also implemented cross functional processes with customer service, shipping, and production that reduced lead times, increased fill rates, and reduced customer charge backs by 75%.

Chris Czach has a degree in Full Stack Web Development from freeCodeCamp. Additionally, they have obtained four certifications from Coursera: Concurrency in Go (June 2021), Programming with Google Go Specialization (June 2021), Functions, Methods, and Interfaces in Go (May 2021), and Getting Started with Go (April 2021).
