Darren O.

Darren O. has a long and varied work experience, beginning with an Engineering Intern role at Merrick and Co. in 2000. Darren then moved to AMCI as an Engineer in 2001. In 2003, Darren O. took an Engineer II role at Covidien. In 2007, they founded Sureworks Engineering and served as President. In 2012, Darren O. founded Colorado Cargo Biking, LLc., a company creating a revolutionary way to carry cargo on any bicycle. From 2017 to 2021, Darren O. served as Founder and CTO of Boulder AI, a fast-growing tech startup. In 2021, Darren O. took on the role of CTO at Sighthound, Inc., focusing on product, engineering, and architecture. Most recently, in 2022, Darren O. became the Director of Platform Business Development at Network Optix.

Darren O. attended the Colorado School of Mines from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a degree in Electrical Engineering with an electrical specialty.
