Dmitry Sidorenko

Dmitry Sidorenko has a strong background in server engineering and cloud architecture. Their most recent position was as a Senior Software Engineer at Network Optix, starting in April 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Industrial Toys as the Server Technology Lead and Product Owner from October 2019 to April 2023. At Electronic Arts (EA), Dmitry served as the Lead Server Engineer/Product Owner from October 2019 to March 2023, overseeing various initiatives to enhance the performance and functionality of the Battlefield Mobile server platform. Dmitry also established a streamlined game release process during their time at EA.

Before joining EA, Dmitry worked as a Senior Data Engineer at ClearScale, focusing on SQL/NoSQL data migration to AWS cloud, building ETL pipelines, and data stream processing. Dmitry also served as a Cloud Architect at Nordcloud, where they designed architecture components for IoT projects and was involved in network integration and CI/CD pipeline development.

Dmitry's earlier experience includes positions as a Senior Server Engineer at Rovio Entertainment Ltd., where they implemented new features for the company's Payments and Analytics platform, and as a Senior Server Engineer at Glu Mobile, where they proposed technical designs, conducted code reviews, and resolved issues with live game services. Prior to that, they worked as a CTO at QuadCom Interactive, developing a cloud mobile/social server platform using Amazon Cloud services, and as a Lead Server Programmer at Light Vision Interactive and Genius Games, where they worked on server technology for online multiplayer games.

Dmitry Sidorenko obtained their Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science from Bauman Moscow State Technical University, where they studied from 2001 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, Dmitry also obtained various certifications. These include the "Project Initiation: Starting a Successful Project" certification from Coursera, obtained in April 2022. In 2016, they acquired certifications such as "Теория графов" (Graph Theory), "Functional Program Design in Scala," "Functional Programming Principles in Scala," "Introduction to Big Data Analytics," and "Hadoop Platform and Application Framework," all from Coursera Course Certificates. In 2015, Dmitry obtained certifications in "Introduction to Big Data" and "Work Smarter, Not Harder: Time Management for Personal & Professional Productivity," both from Coursera Verified Certificates. Dmitry also acquired a certification in "Project Management: The Basics for Success" from Coursera Verified Certificates in 2015. Additionally, Dmitry holds AWS certifications, such as "AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional" obtained in January 2019, "AWS Certified Developer - Associate" acquired in July 2018, and "AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate (SAA)" acquired in March 2018.
