Jason L. began their career in 2008 as a Regional Sales Manager at ACTi Corporation. During their five-year tenure at the company, they were responsible for business penetration in five countries in Russia and CIS countries. Jason also conducted 70 sales and technical trainings in both Russian and English, and trained 300+ SI and Reseller partners with professional IP video surveillance solutions.

In 2013, Jason L. took on the role of Assistant Manager at Chailease Finance Co., Ltd. In this role, they were responsible for market and regulation evaluation to come up with potential go-to-market strategies for the Russian market. Jason also evaluated professional parties for office setup related affairs, such as real estate agents, accounting firms, law consultants, and leasing/factoring unions.

In 2014, Jason L. returned to ACTi Corporation as a Sales Director. Jason was responsible for leading CRM data visualization projects to create decision support modules to support first-line sales teams, sales directors, and high-level executives in making decisions. Jason also set up global pricing formulas for all product lines based on cost, competition, and market feedback, as well as regional prices for USA & Canada, and key account prices based on channel strategies.

In 2015, Jason L. transitioned to Lilee Systems as a Sales Director and Sales Manager for ASEAN & ANZ. In these roles, they identified and pursued potential business opportunities in the field of transportation IoT applications. Jason also engaged with government authorities and transportation operators to provide both technical and business solutions based on their development plans. Additionally, they built up local partner channels and ran channel empowerment training sessions, and expanded channel partners and project footprints in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam within six months.

In 2018, Jason L. joined Network Optix as a Business Development Manager. At Network Optix, they are responsible for promoting the company's core product - Nx Witness VMS - which is an open, lightweight, customizable video management platform capable of managing offline media, live video streams, and integrated 3rd party systems and devices. Jason is also responsible for promoting the company's comprehensive, open sourced API and SDK which allows organizations or individuals to create their own video powered applications.

Jason L. began their education in 2000 at Yuan-Ze University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General and Business administration. In 2006, they attended TAITRA International Trade Institute, where they obtained a Post bachelor in Sales and marketing, Russian. From 2007 to 2008, they attended Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU) and obtained TORFL 1st level certified in Russian Studies. Finally, they attended XinAn elementary school.
