Michelle Yeh has worked in various sales roles since 2011. Michelle began their career as a Sales Representative at \u7b51\u6ce2\u79d1\u6280\u80a1\u4efd\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8, where they were awarded outstanding performance of new employees, developed business by customer visit, increased 50% sales growth and 10% customer base, and assisted in organizing marketing events- workshops and seminars. In 2012, they became an International Sales Manager at Brickcom Corporation, where they were responsible for business development through email campaign, cold calling, international trade show and visit in Eastern Europe, Sub-Saharan Africa and Brazil, market research and analysis, strategies execution to position the brand properly in target markets, and customer relationship maintenance and pricing negotiation to drive business revenue. In 2016, they took on the role of International Assistant Brand Manager at Danone Waters, where they co-led innovation/renovation projects and packaging development e. g. limited edition and offers for kids in Asia Pacific, EMEA and Latin America, and co-developed activation toolkit and POS materials. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at ATrack Technology Inc. as North America Sales Manager and Europe & Africa Sales Manager, where they generated leads and approached prospects by cold call, tradeshow and visit, strengthened relationship with key accounts and coordinated the custom/ODM projects to boost sales revenue, facilitated new product development through market research, competition analysis and customers' feedback consolidation, analyzed market and implemented strategy to align with corporate goal to maximize sales revenue and enhance brand awareness, and forged partnerships with software and peripherals partners to expand the sales channels and penetrate various vertical markets. Most recently, they have been working as a Pre-sales at Network Optix since 2021.

Michelle Yeh obtained a Bachelor's Degree in French Language and Literature from National Chengchi University between 2006 and 2011. During this time, they also participated in an exchange program at Université de Bourgogne in 2009 and 2010. In 2015, they completed a Master of Science (MSc) in Marketing at HEC Paris. Additionally, they obtained a DELF B2 certification from the Ministère de l'éducation nationale, de la jeunesse et de la vie associative in March 2011.
