Previously, they worked at Positive Results, LLC as the Training and Development Manager from January 2014 to December 2022. Aimee also had a significant tenure at Raytheon, where they held various roles such as Talent Development Manager/Six Sigma Lead from April 2007 to September 2012, and Learning Lead/ Instructional Designer from January 2002 to January 2007. Prior to their time at Raytheon, they worked as a Consultant at Booz·Allen Hamilton from January 1997 to January 2001, and at Coopers & Lybrand as a Consultant from January 1995 to January 1997. Aimee'sexpertise includes designing and implementing training programs, conducting needs assessments, and providing performance consulting.
Aimee Benfield has a diverse educational background. Aimee obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from The University of Texas at Austin. Aimee then pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Psychology from the University of Notre Dame. Additionally, they completed an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) program at Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business. In terms of certifications, Aimee obtained a Six Sigma Black Belt certification in November 2010.
