Stuart Penrose is currently the Head of Commercial at Network Plus, following a progression from Commercial Manager within the same company. With extensive experience in quantity surveying, Stuart worked as a Senior Quantity Surveyor and Quantity Surveyor at VolkerLaser from 2009 to 2014, and previously held similar roles at Freyssinet and Pave Aways Building Contractors. Stuart earned a Merit in HNC Building Studies from Shrewsbury Colleges Group and completed a Level 4 Developing Leader Programme at the Institute of Leadership and Management.
