David Harris is a seasoned engineering professional with significant experience in the rail industry. As the System Integration Testing Lead Engineer at Network Rail Consulting since June 2019, David has been instrumental in overseeing complex testing processes. Previously, David served as a Senior Programme Engineer at Network Rail from September 2007 to March 2022, where valuable expertise was gained in program management and engineering oversight. David holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Exeter, completed in 2006.
