Kyle Bell

Kyle Bell is an experienced Managing Consultant at Network Rail Consulting since November 2017, specializing in operational readiness for new transit projects, operational modeling, asset management, and training. Expert in data visualization, KPIs, and LiDAR, Kyle’s previous roles include Principal Consultant, Asset Management, where extensive work was conducted with diverse projects for entities such as New York City Transit and Amtrak, as well as Asset Management Specialist at AECOM, focusing on asset capture and maintenance strategies. Additional expertise was gained at the American Public Transportation Association as Program Manager for environmental and infrastructure issues, and early career experience included developing transit demand models at New York City Transit. Kyle holds a B.A. in International Relations and Spanish from the University of Pennsylvania, an M.S. in Environmental Studies from the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry, and an MPA from Syracuse University’s Maxwell School.
