Alexandra Ormrod

Alexandra Ormrod is a seasoned Senior Human Resources Business Partner with over a decade of experience in various HR roles. Currently at Network Rail since June 2012, Alexandra has supported Project Directors in managing organizational and people-related challenges across crucial programmes including IP Signalling and Traffic Management. Earlier, Alexandra served as an HR Officer at Egmont UK, handling comprehensive HR functions, and as a Recruitment Coordinator at Buck Consultants, ensuring efficient recruitment processes. The career began as an HR & Recruitment Administrator at Sheppard Robson Architects. Alexandra holds an MA in CIPD from the University of Westminster and a BA in Ancient History from the University of Birmingham.
