James Morrison is the Head of Sustainability and Social Value at Network Rail, where they have been contributing since 2017. Previously, they worked as an Ecologist at Direct Ecology Ltd from 2012 to 2017, focusing on protected species surveys and ecological impact assessments. Earlier in their career, James served as an Assistant Ecologist at Strath Caulaidh Ltd in 2012. They hold a Master of Science in Wildlife Biology & Conservation from Edinburgh Napier University and a Bachelor of Science in Animal Biology from The University of Stirling.
