John Castle is a Chartered Civil Engineer and Programme Integration Manager at Network Rail, with 30 years of experience in managing large rail projects, including HS2, Thameslink, and Crossrail. From 2009, John worked extensively on HS2, leading route development and public consultation efforts. Previously, John held various engineering roles at High Speed Two (HS2) Ltd, culminating as Area Manager, where they supported the HS2 Hybrid Bill team.
