Mark Proctor

Mark Proctor is a Principal Engineer (E&P) at Network Rail, where they focus on electrification and plant activities. They previously held positions as E&P Route Asset Manager and Senior Engineer, contributing to regulatory submissions and enhancements within the field. Prior to Network Rail, Mark worked at the Office of Rail and Road, supporting the regulation of the UK rail industry as an Asset Engineer and later as Head of Electrification. Mark earned their degree from the University of Portsmouth between 1992 and 1997.
