Michael M. has extensive experience in facilities and maintenance management, having worked in various roles across multiple prominent organizations. Initially serving as Maintenance Manager at Sutton Group from 2008 to 2011, Michael developed a PPM programme and managed a maintenance team for the Eden Shopping Centre. From 2011 to 2015, Michael was Facilities Manager at Hilton Worldwide, overseeing responsive calls and management of facilities in a hotel environment.
