Roy Evans is an Infrastructure Director with extensive experience in railway engineering, maintenance, planning, and project control. They hold a BSc (1st Class) in Civil & Construction Engineering from the University of Wales (Newport) and are a member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology (MIET) and the Permanent Way Institute (MPWI). Roy has worked at Network Rail since 1982, having taken on various roles, including Infrastructure Maintenance Delivery Manager from 2020. They also gained experience in maintenance while working with British Rail from 1990 to 1994.
