Simon Baker

Simon Baker is a Senior Network Delivery Manager at Network Rail, where they lead real-time responses for the Sussex and Kent routes. With a passion for leadership, they possess extensive strategic and tactical experience across both private and public sectors. Previously, Simon served as a Sergeant at the Metropolitan Police from 2005 to 2015 and at the British Transport Police from 2017 to 2019, where they were part of the Civil Protection Command and Network Incident Response Team. Simon earned a PG Cert in Leadership with Merit from the University of Warwick's Warwick Business School in 2022.
