Ali Arshad

Ali Arshad has 8.4 years of experience in development operations. Ali started their career in 2015 as a System Engineer at GlowTouch Technologies, where they were responsible for troubleshooting and debugging product integration issues. In 2017, they moved to TiVo as a Network Operations Center Engineer, managing the servers and services hosted in the AWS management system. In 2019, they joined HCL Technologies as a Cloud Operations Engineer, leading a team of 7 members while managing both operational and technical activities. Currently, they are a Senior DevOps Engineer at Network Redux.

Ali Arshad obtained their Bachelor Degree in Computer Science from GEC PALAKKAD in 2011. Ali then obtained their RHCSE certification from Red Hat in September 2012. In September 2013, they obtained their L1: cPanel Base Certification: Technical from cPanel University. Finally, in February 2016, they obtained their Plesk Certified Professional 12.5 from Plesk University.
