Jomon John has 8 years of work experience in the IT industry. Jomon began their career in 2008 as a Senior Technical Trainer at Sutherland Global Service Limited. In 2011, they moved to AT&T Global Network Services India Private Ltd. as a Client Services Manager. In 2016, they transitioned to IBM India Pvt. Ltd. as a Senior Operational Specialist, where they were responsible for Incident / Query Resolution, IT Service Management, Ticket Management, Vendor Management, Service Delivery Management, Client Migrations & New Account Set-up, and L2 Support. That same year, they also worked as a Project Engagement Specialist at TEKsystems. In 2017, they moved to Mindtree as a Technical Lead. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at Mindcurv as a Service Manager, where they led the Operations Team for IT Infrastructure Management, facilitated implementation of the product, established product development strategy, and identified and implemented scope of automation in the project. Jomon is currently working at Redux as a Senior Technical Delivery Manager.

Jomon John has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Dr. C. V. Raman University, Kota Bilaspur, which they obtained between 2004 and 2008. Jomon is currently pursuing an Executive MBA in Information Technology at Alliance University. In addition, Jomon John has obtained several certifications, including Professional Scrum Master (PSM) from Scrum.org in June 2021, ITIL V4 Certified from ITIL, AXELOS ProPath & PRINCE2 Publisher in March 2019, ITIL v3 Certified from AXELOS Global Best Practice in March 2015, HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate (002) from HashiCorp in December 2022, and Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in January 2021.
