Edd Williams

Edd Williams has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Edd currently serves as the CFO of Network Science, a company that focuses on co-creating DeepTech Innovation with Global Enterprises. Edd also holds the position of Advisory Board Member at the same company. In addition, Edd has worked as a Consultant at Network Science and has been involved in supporting businesses in domains such as FinTech, Industry 4.0, SalesTech, Cyber Security & Cloud.

Before their current role, Edd founded Excelmate Consulting Limited in 2009, where they provided interim and part-time FD/NED services, project management, and training in MS Excel and Google sheets design.

Edd also has experience in the cybersecurity industry, having served as the Interim Chief Financial Officer at Block Armour, a company that develops a next-gen Zero Trust security platform. Edd has also worked as a Consultant at Block Armour.

Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, Edd held various positions in different organizations. Edd worked as a Senior Group Management Accountant at Sembmarine SLP Ltd and as a Group Management Accountant at Hawkin's Bazaar. Earlier in their career, Edd worked as an Audit In Charge at Larking Gowen Chartered Accountants and as a Senior Financial Consultant at Norwich Union Life.

Edd's early professional experiences include working as a Senior Associate - Business Advisory Services at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they were responsible for a portfolio of commercial and public sector clients and conducted audits for small to large-sized companies.

Edd Williams attended Norwich School from 1991 to 1998, where they obtained their GCSEs and A-Levels. Following that, they enrolled at the University of East Anglia from 1998 to 2001, earning a Bachelor of Science Honors degree in Accountancy & Business Management.
