Kyle Dowley is the Founder and Principal of Summit Tech NY and has been an Information Technology Consultant since 1998. They served as Vice President of Information Technology at Business Insider from 2020 to 2025 and as Director of Infrastructure from 2015 to 2020. Additionally, they were the Director of Infrastructure at Totsy between 2011 and 2013 and worked as an Infrastructure Consultant for Criterion 360 from 2013 to 2015. Kyle also taught English to over 300 students at Henan University in China during 2005-2006 and currently provides pro bono technology consulting for the Huairou Commission.
