Greg Mueller

Greg Mueller has extensive work experience in the field of network engineering. Greg is currently employed at Network to Code as a Network Automation Engineer since 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Riverbed Technology from 2013 to 2020, where they held various roles including Staff Engineer, SD-WAN and Senior Escalation Engineer. At Riverbed Technology, they provided customer support for SD-WAN and WAN optimization products, developed Python scripts for data analysis, and troubleshooted customer networks. Before that, Greg worked as a Consulting Network Engineer at AT&T Contractor / Infinity Consulting Solutions from 2010 to 2013, where they performed data center upgrades, migrated remote offices to MPLS WAN, and deployed Cisco equipment. Greg also has experience working at TIAA-CREF as a Senior Network Engineer from 1996 to 2009, where they managed a large-scale LAN/WAN, earned multiple service awards, and implemented routing protocol migrations. Prior to that, Greg worked at Marsh & McLennan Companies as a Project Leader from 1993 to 1996, overseeing LAN upgrades, and at RBC Royal Bank as a Network Support Analyst from 1990 to 1993, where they performed NetWare installations and administered the network. Greg'scareer started at Prudential Securities in 1989 as a Help Desk Analyst, providing support for PC users and performing hardware and software troubleshooting.

Greg Mueller earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science from Pace University, where they attended from 1991 to 1999. In terms of certifications, they obtained the CCNP Routing and Switching certification from Cisco in January 2010, the VMware Certified Professional 5 - Data Center Virtualization (VCP5-DCV) certification from VMware in March 2016, and the Riverbed Certified Solutions Professional - WAN Optimization certification from Riverbed Technology in April 2015.
