Matthew Remke

Matthew Remke has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Matthew started their career as a Ski Instructor at Intrawest in 1999, followed by a role as an Operations Manager at Art.com where they contributed to the significant growth of the company. In 2007, they pursued their MBA in Innovation Management from NC State University. After completing their degree, they joined Hook & Ladder Brewing Company as the Director of Operations & Logistics, where they played a key role in establishing the company. Matthew then worked at Online Directory as a Project Manager, leading various web and software development projects. From 2016 to 2020, Matthew worked at UnitedHealth Group as a Release Train Engineer and Scrum Master, overseeing multiple programs in support of Optum. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Engagement Manager at Network to Code, focusing on network automation tactics and strategy.

Matthew Remke holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Pre-Med/Pre-Vet from North Carolina State University, which they obtained from 1995 to 1998. Matthew also has an MBA in Innovation Management from the College of Management at North Carolina State University, completed in 2007. In addition to their academic achievements, Matthew holds several certifications. Matthew is a Certified ScrumMaster, obtained in August 2016, and has obtained the Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance in December 2020. Matthew also holds the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification, obtained in May 2021, and the SAFe Agilist Certification from Scaled Agile, Inc., obtained in October 2019. Matthew is also a CSP-SM certified professional, acquired in December 2022. Matthew's educational background and certifications demonstrate their strong foundation in project management, agile methodologies, and innovation management.
